Welcome to the Food and Fermentation Science Club  

We are based out of the Department of Food Science and Technology in the College of Agricultural Sciences at Oregon State University. Our members come from all different colleges including Business, Engineering, Animal Science, and many more. We hold fun activities like club brews, cheese workshops, and industry tours throughout the school year. Our parent organization is the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). Our club also has a close relationship with the local industry and students regularly attend meetings for our local chapter of IFT, the Oregon Section Institute of Food Technologists (OSIFT).
