Kappa Alpha Theta
Kappa Alpha Theta is an international organization with over 120 chapters in USA and Canada. We are the first Greek letter organization for women, founded in 1870, and Kappa Alpha Theta now has more than 170,000 initiated members. Theta provides growth and leadership opportunities for young women and promotes academic excellence.
Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, Kappa Alpha Theta exists to nurture each member throughout her college and alumnae experience and to offer a lifelong opportunity for social, intellectual and moral growth as she meets the higher and broader demands of mature life.

Our chapter has 27 positions and 6 different committees that all members can participate in. Also, Kappa Alpha Theta has members who are involved in more than 74 extracurricular activities and campus/community organizations, including the following:

-Weeklong activities, including zumba (taught by our certified instructor, President, Sarah McGregor; Pasta for CASA (at Pastini, where a portion of the proceeds from a few days are donated to CASA); a day of service (volunteer opportunities at various locations around Corvallis); and a 5K run starting at our house!
